The Annual Review of Pteridological Research (ARPR) is compiled and released in the late spring of each year. It contains a complete list of publications on all aspects of pteridology for a calendar year, supplemented by an index to authors and subjects. The review also includes a directory of name, address, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address and a description of fern- related interests for those who answer our annual questionnaire.

Recent volumes have included information from about 200 respondents world-wide and over 600 literature citations, including articles from the American Fern Journal and Fiddlehead Forum. The Annual Review of Pteridological Research (ARPR) is compiled annually under the auspices of the International Association of Pteridologists (IAP) with financial support also contributed by the Pteridological Section of the Botanical Society of America.
